
What is an eSIM?
The abbreviation eSIM stands for "Embedded SIM" card. This card is built directly into a device, such as a smartphone, a tablet or a laptop. An eSIM allows you to activate a mobile plan on these devices without inserting a physical SIM card.

How to Get an eSIM?
For New Orders
Select the "eSIM" option when ordering your mobile subscription.
Once your mobile subscription is activated, find your eSIM QR code in your "my Lebara" account.
Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Add Data Plan on your device and scan the QR code.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
For Existing Customers
Log into your "my Lebara" account and request an eSIM under "My Settings" > "Switch to eSIM."
After completing the order, find your eSIM QR code in "my Lebara."
Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Add Data Plan on your device and scan the QR code.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
